Bill Schrier is a Senior Policy Advisor and Program Manager at the  State of Washington Office of the CIO. He manages the State of Washington Interoperability Executive Committee (SIEC), and supports the design and planning of the First Responder Network (FirstNet) in Washington State and nationwide. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer ("Chief Geek") of the City of Seattle.
